Do you do any cross training ?

My cross training is mostly cycling, commuting 16 miles round trip and relax trail riding on the mtb,when I have time, also I do gym work, but I’ve lost my mojo for the weights.

I do a some cardio at the gym, some very light weights, cycling (more turbo in the winter) and I've just started playing squash again after a 30 year break!

100 mile a week commute by bike and throw in some runs when I can. I also have a fairly active job and can easily hit 10000 steps just at work.
