Losing pace

Great to be here! Recently I've noticed that I my long runs I've been significantly losing pace the last 2 to 3 miles. Not really sure what's causing this! Follow a gluten free diet (doctors orders) and have recently been following a half marathon training plan. Run 4 x week of various distances. Completed a half marathon today and the last 3 miles looked a lot different to the other 10. Not something I've had an issue with previously.
Any advice, thoughts, pointers would be super appreciated.
