Will I feel hungrier after losing more weight?


I've lost 22 Kg in the last 2 years. I think my ideal weight would be 78Kg so I'm trying to lose another 5 kilos or so.
I'm running 5k four times a week and doing bootcamps twice a week, I feel fitter than ever!

It's not easy for me to keep this new much better weight to be honest, so I wonder if my suffering will increase if I lose more weight.

It would also stress my ankles and feet less when running, as I'm flat feet; I'm not having any issues but I'd rather avoid injury and it would improve my fitness.

My doubt is: will I feel hungrier after losing more weight?

I'd welcome any opinions :smile:
